From Bishop Auckland/Shildon (A6072)
After passing Redworth Hall Carry on to r/bout. Turn 2nd left following sign for Aycliffe Industrial Park, straight over 1st two r/bouts. At 3rd r/bout turn left onto Durham Way. Follow road round, bear right, passing Woodham Road. At Blue Arrow office turn left. Straight on to end of road then turn right. We are 100 yards on the left.

From Darlington/Durham/Spennymoor (A167)
Follow signs onto Aycliffe Industrial Park (B6443), turning onto St. Cuthberts Way. Turn left onto Durham Way North and follow road along, turning right after Blue Arrow offices. Straight on to end of road then turn right. We are 100 yards on the left.
